If you follow me on instagram than you probably saw our news – we’re pregnant! Baby Adams is due in early fall and we couldn’t be more thrilled! We found out at just 5 weeks so it’s been a big secret for awhile now and you have no idea how good it feels to it out in the open. My first trimester was not as bad as the horror stories I’ve heard {thank the lord!} but I definitely didn’t feel like myself – zero energy, lots of sleep, low blood sugar, constant headaches, nausea – and it feels so good to be in our second trimester. I have absolutely no idea what I’m doing so it should be an interesting ride! Thank you for all of the love thus far, it made us so much more excited about what is to come.

This dress was a splurge but I knew it was something that I could grow into in the coming months. I love the short hemline and bold print against the lace! A perfect look for weekend brunch, date night, or even the Fourth of July.
