Fitness time-lapse: 145 Days In 48 Seconds, Weight Loss, Muscle Gain, Six Pack Abs, And A Beard

News just in… My five-month fitness time-lapse is complete! While working on my new film “I Want Abs,” I took pictures of my body everyday. For 145 days I snapped photos religiously hoping to capture my transformation on video in an artsy way. How did I do? I’ll let you decide for yourself. In the following two videos you will see me lose weight, burn fat, build muscle, form a six pack, and grow a beard. Enjoy!
