Welcome everyone to our last day of WE support YOU.... ( for me that support will continue as long as I breathe...you can count on that)

Before I present to you MY GIFTS to some special ladies, I want to thank Pat who was our cheerleader for this hop...She was gracious, supportive and in so many ways possesses the necessary cheerful heart you need in this kind of hop.. We are all filled with Gratitude for your kindness...Thank you!

For all those who participated and showcased their hearts with conviction and emotion, we noticed.....we felt your devotion to your family and friends.. YOU all were noted for your HEART...

Although my beloved does not need this kind of support a few of my sweet friends do, so I created these projects with them in mind...
I chose MONACO linens from H.A.Kidd ( dmc) and this befitting fabric from Riley Blake Designs ( Think Pink Collection) and all the dyed pretty floss I used were from Weeks Dye Works

For those who love x-stitch as much as I do, you will love the fact that YOU can do this too...Just copy and trace design onto linen ( I used a pencil) and then just embroidered and x-stitch gingham patterns, using dyed threads for the shadowing of the design...
I came up with a solution to clean my material so any residue from my pencil will vanish... it worked....they came out so nicely... not one trace of anything was left behind...

This gingham bra- Tammy Bag.... is for LADY J.... a sweet reminder from me, that I support her the way she has supported me since I became a so called quilter... This Tammy bag complete with pearl seed beads , satin ribbon and fabric from RBD that is so reflective of being a lady...

We have had so many grey days again and with such deep banks of snow, I took this fine watercolour outside to bring some SPRING into our day... You can see the snow by the stool "she" is sitting upon... BRRRRRRR..... However I am sure it will warm her heart that so many are cheering her on...

Here is the back of J's Tammy Bag....complete with ruffle....

This one is for Lady C, she loves gingham too! And no doubt will be reminded of how much I care.... We created this blog hop in both of their honour!

I chose this design to reflect her heart..that big heart that pours so much into her life!

Her back just as pretty as the front of her Tammy Bag....

And then stitching 2 was not enough, I decided to do 3 more all in weeks dye works floss.. all on white monaco linen... a reminder for someone that there are many who care--Always!
