Stages of DRESS... BARE, UNDERGARMENTS and BEJEWELLED!

I have been super busy but never too busy to complete yet another PROJECT in this case RE-UPHOLSTERING these 2 estate sale chairs...
WEllllll a couple of weeks ago I went to an estate sale.. and picked up these high back island chairs for a steal ( can I say that)?
I felt so bad for the low bid, I actually paid more for them, because I knew what they were worth much more than they went for...
They started off quite BARE.... although lovely with their suede fabric
they seemed to plain for me...

called Peppered Plaids by Pepper Cory. and they are just plain delicious...I did up my whole kitchen ..

Remember these... I made new window treatments in March....
I had just enough fabric left over......

I so love this decor...I have so many accent pieces that it is always looks so fresh and clean...

I dresssed them off using Peppered Cotton on the diagonal but it still needed something..
ARE you really surprised there is a RUFFLE?

WEllllll something was still missing...so I called my partner in fashion sense... Cori said " it needs buttons"...and she was so right... I still had just enough fabric for some self covered buttons...
NOW they are bejewelled, and I LOVE THEM....
both Chairs took me less than 2 hours to Complete!

I had enough time left over to add some EYELASHES to my pretty mug...
So my day began as usual with my cup of BREW and my MUFFIN TO LOSE..
