black, like i take my coffee.
i think most kitchens we see are often brightly lit, colorful and cheerful places to sit down for your morning coffee or bowl of fruit loops. but what do you think about a dark kitchen? a dramatic black and white space that’s a little more sophisticated is pretty great too. i wonder if i’d like a kitchen that’s predominantly black — could i wake up in a space like one of these, or rather would i sit stirring my coffee, staring aimlessly out the window, endlessly contemplating where the day will take me? what do you think — bright and cheerful, or dramatically different and dark? or, are just a few black accents or cabinets the way to go? oh my, such dark thoughts!
