21 Days of Yoga: Mix It Up!




Our bodies crave variety and change, so in your daily yoga practice, MIX IT UP! If you typically stick to a power class, try a gentle flow. If you are always doing yoga inside, try bringing your mat to the park. Not only will your muscles thank your for the variety, you will also have a variation in your practice that keeps you from getting bored. Typically, I enjoy a power class, but lately I have been challenged to try gentle flows and I LOVE IT. Also, I really love to practice yoga outdoors whenever I can.
