I didn't do a video update on my
YouTube Channel due to having a really sore back, hopefully it will calm down
*fingers crossed*. So I went to my 5.30pm weekly class and I lost 2 pound, which took my total up to 2 stone 2 pounds in 6 weeks. Which I'm stoked about. I am half a pound away from my club 10 I really wanted to get that last week but I had a BAD week.
I really struggled last week I ate crap and over syned but I managed to get my head back in the game and pull it back.
I am finding as the weeks go on I'm finding the cravings worse and worse and harder to resist, ahh #fatgirlproblems.
