NAFW 2015 Round-up & Winner Announcement!
Here’s a round-up of the manicures I created for the inaugural Nail Art Fashion Week. Now that it’s over, I’m simultaneously feeling happy and sad. Happy, because it was great to see so many talented nail artists joining in and fantastic to discover new talent and bond with participants from all over the world. It seems like together we managed to create that special atmosphere of ta fashion week, filled with excitement, creativity and even being under the constant pressure of daily deadlines somehow felt right. The sad part is, it’s over and I’m already missing it!
The good news is that it was the first Nail Art Fashion Week, but not the last! So yes, Spring/Summer 2016 will begin in just a few months! New prints, new colours, new designs… I’m already feeling excited about it! Are you?
But for now, here’s the run down of the manicures created during the challenge (to see the original post, just click on the link):
- Day 1 – Favorite fashion designer: Kenzo.
- Day 2 – Shoes: Sophia Webster Jessica Watermelon Shoes.
- Day 3 – Bag: Dior Fall 2015 Bag.
- Day 4 – Fashion Trend: Bold Geometric Print.
- Day 5 – Fashion blogger /Style icon: Chiara Ferragni.
- Day 6 – Fall 2015 dress: Tom Ford.
- Day 7 – Fall 2015 runway nail art: Opening Ceremony.

Now the announcement you’ve been waiting for! To thank you for joining in the challenge, we want to give back with this fabulous giveaway. One of my favourite Australian indie brands, Sea Siren Cosmetics has kindly agreed to provide a prize for one lucky participant! Because there were so many fantastic designs created during the challenge, it’s impossible for us (the hosts) to choose just 1 winning design/nail artist. So instead we decided to pass this difficult choice on to the Random Number Generator.
The prize, RRP $175, includes: 6 of my favourite Sea Siren nail colours – Where’s My Sunnies, Ultramarine, Leucosia, Coral Atoll, Mojito Mania and Midnight Moves, plus, Sealicious hand and foot mask, scrub and cuticle oil.
