Remember how we went away last March down the lovely Oregon coast? Well it wasn’t just a fun road trip. The main reason we went was to attend and videograph the Hello Sessions Brunch in Portland Oregon.

When Joy of Frock Files asked if we’d be interested in coming to the brunch to shoot and create a video for them, we instantly jumped on board. I mean,
1: We’d get to have fun making a video (watch it at the end)
2: I’d get to see two of my favourite blogging ladies – Joy and Melissa
3: We’d get to see the incredible work these two have been up to the last year

The Hello Sessions is a workshop-based conference with each workshop providing a hands-on experience to help you develop new skills and take the next steps to achieving your goals. Examples are photo styling, finding a publisher for your book, successfully launching a personal project, or growing your social media following.

The day will be divided into three 90-minute blocks with each block containing three different workshops that happen simultaneously. It’ll be a cozy conference with 150 attendees total and 50 students per workshop.

I am SO excited about this conference and am already planning my trip next year (sadly a 2-4 week old baby prevents us from going this year). But seriously, if you’ve been blogging for a while and you’re wondering “what’s next”, this is the conference for you. Plus, you get to learn from incredible people (check out the speakers list) and hang out with totally awesome bloggers.
