BLUEBERRY COCONUT CHIA PUDDINGS
1/2 cup Symbio Vanilla Bean yoghurt
1 1/2 cups Coconut milk or Oat & Almond milk
2 Tbs maple syrup (plus more for serving)
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/3 cup frozen blueberries, thawed
2Tbs coconut chips
INSTRUCTIONS
Above: Whisk together the yoghurt, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract and salt in a bowl.
Above: Add the chia seeds and gently whisk.
Above: Serve topped with blueberries, coconut and a dollop of yoghurt.
Above: Enjoy!
