Hot Cocoa

Since Christmas is only 3 days away I wanted to share this yummy hot cocoa you can make while enjoying the Holidays!
2 tbs cocoa powder 3 tbs sugar 1/2 cup water 2 cups milk whisk in a small pot under medium heat. Add milk, whisk and slowly heat up on low-med heat. Do not boil! Makes 2-3 cups

I always add some marshmallows just cuz they are fun, and chocolate chips! Whip cream and chocolate sauce would be just as lovely.
