Too Faced Sparkling Pineapple Tutti Frutti Eyeshadow Palette ($34.00 for 0.21 oz.) contains a mix of warmer neutrals with a pop of sparkling gold and greenish-bronze. It contained two shades that felt more like very dense, cream eyeshadows than powder ones, while the more traditional powder-feeling shades were on the drier side (slightly dusty, thinner) so they did beg for an eyeshadow primer for better pigmentation and wear. I am concerned that the creamier shades may dry out too quickly over time, though, as I noticed that they did not seem as creamy within a few uses as they had initially.

Yum-Yum

Yum-Yum is a pale yellow with warm undertones and a matte finish. It had good color payoff in a single layer, but the consistency was more powdery and had some fallout. I found it easier to apply to my brow bone first to avoid it lightening other shades on my lid/crease area. It wore well for seven hours on me before fading noticeably.

Coconut Sugar is a soft, peachy gold with warm undertones and a frosted finish. It had semi-opaque pigmentation paired with a slightly dusty consistency that had some excess product kicked up in the pan. This shade worked better over a primer, as it helped to minimize the dustiness. It was blendable, though, and lasted for seven and a half hours on me.

It had opaque pigmentation with a drier, thinner consistency that wasn’t powdery, just a little chalky by touch. It performed better in practice than anticipated based on the texture, as it adhered evenly, didn’t sheer out too easily, and blended out well along the edges. Sparkling Pineapple

Sparkling Pineapple is vibrant, orange-leaning copper with warm undertones and a sparkling finish. It had semi-opaque, buildable pigmentation that had a looser top layer, but after swatching once, it revealed a much denser, creamier base. When I say creamier, it actually seemed to be more cream than powder, as the product indented and moved around like a stiff, dense cream. That creaminess played well with the sparkle, as it helped the eyeshadow adhere evenly with all the sparkly bits and kept it from being prone to fallout. It took a bit more effort to diffuse the edges, though. On me, it wore well for eight hours before creasing faintly.

Pineapple Cooler

Pineapple Cooler is a medium-dark beige with warmer undertones and a metallic finish. It had more of a cream-based texture–more cream than powder, as it squished noticeably in the pan when I pressed on it firmly (with a brush or fingertip). It was denser, stiffer, and worked best with flat, synthetic brushes and a firm pressure. The end result was worth it, as it was extremely shiny and metallic on my skin with nearly opaque coverage in one layer that wore nicely for eight hours on me.
