Friday Five

Best. Weekend. Ever. I flew to Seattle last Friday to visit my college roommate, Ginny. It's been years since I've spent time one the west coast, and it was just exactly like coming home. I miss that side of the nation so much!

The awesomeness started on the way there, I'm pretty sure I had the most pleasant flying experience of my life. Everything went flawlessly and I was so in love with the view coming into the city. Can you believe this picture was taken through an airplane window with my phone? That's some gorgeous #nofilter instagramming right there.

There she is! My sweet roommate. She knows my love for snakes and dramatic scenes, and combined them into the most awesome airport greeting ever. Loving the actual chauffeurs with actual official signs that were nowhere close to as cool as mine.

OH MY LANTA, Xmen Days of Future Past was amazing and a half. Seriously. I mean, I love me some Xmen, but dude this one was the best of the franchise for sure!

Getting our flight on! I've completely forgotten the name of the restaurant we happened upon, but they had a ton of beer that was brewed in-house. Yum.

We spent our last day doing touristy nonsense, like looking at ferris wheels, gum walls and under-the-bridge-trolls. The least nonsense part was the aquarium, which was a highlight and super amazing to visit. (The rest wasn't really nonsense, Seattle is great).
