WHY I LIKE THIS PRODUCT
I love cleaning oils! (Don’t believe me? Check out all my previous reviews of cleansing oils here). I had tried other products from the Garnier Clean line before and I thought I would give this cleansing oil a try. Even though I do have oily/combination skin for most of the years, but during winter my skin can feel a bit drier and tighter than normal. So even though this is catered for people with dry skin, I think it can still be beneficial for people with combination skin type because the oil is not too thick and not too thin. This has a pleasant fruity smell that’s not overwhelming.

With that being said, I personally like this cleansing oil but it’s not my top favorite because it doesn’t take off waterproof makeup completely. On top, I prefer cleansing oils that are less viscous in texture. Cleaning oils, for me, should be light and more consistent in removing long lasting eye makeup. It also leaves a little bit of residue after usage, but nothing a second cleanse can’t fix. For these reasons, this didn’t make it to the top of my list.

PROS:
-Cleans face makeup without any problem
-Works for both dry and combination skin types
-Inexpensive and easy to find at your local department store
-Packaging makes it easy to dispense the product onto the palm

CONS:
-Does not wash off the long lasting makeup completely
-I still feel the need for a second cleanse after using this
-The oil is still a little too thick for my liking
