When I am blue

Navy blue is such a striking color. I wore a navy blue suit to my last job interview a year ago, and the color just commands power in a way that wearing black does not (black is for blending in). It was my go-to color for a few years, and I still love it so much. Wearing the blue dress in my last post really made me want to see all the ways I’ve worn navy throughout this blog – there are too many to list! I’ve rounded up my favorites.

Black and blue, I wear this dress all the time!

When I was on the hunt for navy blue shoes, I caved into this pair. Too bad they were very uncomfortable for San Francisco walking.

This skirt will forever be known as the most perfect skirt.

I’m sad I had to let this lovely dress go – it was just too big on me.

A navy trench, when the weather and outfit permits, I wear this hell out of this trench coat.

One of the first gifts my bf ever gave, I don’t get to wear it in SF. So when I’m somewhere warmer, it comes with me.

Hmm, I’ve worn this striped outfit so many times! I could still today, I just need to take in the skirt a little bit!

I loved the paint brush strokes print on this skirt – it became too short for me to feel comfortable wearing it anymore.
