Hello lovelies!
For Halloween I wanted to serve cheesecake, but rather than serving one large cheesecake I made 12 small creamy vanilla cheesecakes. To give them a Halloween flavour, I wanted them to taste a little like caramel apples. So I topped them with a thin layer of Dulce de Leche caramel and decorated them with rose shaped apple pieces. The apples were a little fiddly to do but well worth the effort for the effect they have.
