Quick And Easy Recipe : Egg White Wrap

I love no frills meals! Especially when they are delicious and take absolutely no time to make! The recipe I am posting today is a high protein recipe with no prep time and only takes a few minutes to make.

First, let’s start with the 4 Ingredients you’ll need. Yes, really JUST 4. They are:

  1. Egg Whites
  2. Tortilla/Wrap (I love Fiber One’s Garden Vegetable)
  3. Hots (or salsa if you’d prefer… mango salsa is also a great choice)
  4. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Now for the cooking part…

First, spray or add some oil to a frying pan.
Heat it up and add about 1 Cup of the Egg Whites.
Cook Until Desired.
Next, Take Your Tortilla/Wrap

Add the egg white to it (you can scramble it if you’d prefer)…

Then, add the hots (or salsa)…

Wrap it in some Reynolds Wrap, and voila!

You Are Done! In under 10 minutes, you have a delicious and healthy meal you barely had to prepare for! Now that’s my kind of food!
