SUMMERTIME HAPPINESS

HOT HOT WEATHER After a long and hot sunday I feel exhausted as hell and couldn't be happier laying on my couch right now while typing this article. Summer has now definitely arrived here in the middle of the city which is super exciting but at the same time quite exhausting when you're living in a big and busy city like me. You basically only want to lay on the pool anywhere but instead you have to run some errands in the hot and boiling city.. But what can I say? I'm such a city girl so I think I just have to deal with it. Otherwise I am really happy that summer has arrived here because the people are happier and everything tends to get a little easier..One thing I find very difficult in summer is to dress fashionable. Because it's so hot you basically only want to run around in your bikini and that's it but that is obviously impossible when living in a big city. Most people say that it's harder to dress up in winter but I personally think it is a little easier because you have the chance to layer things over another. But however, we have to accept this crazy hot weather and make the best out of it and try to wear as less as possible yet looking super dressed up and fancy.

I definitely need some more flattery tops to pair with shorts and skirts because you don't really want a top sitting super tight on your body when it's that hot outside, so the perfect way to dress is pairing a flattery top with a even more flattery skirt or shorts and you are good to go. For this look I decided to go with a very short high waisted shorts and a simple plain black top BUT paired it all up with a summery and colorful statement necklace to make it all a little bit more eye catching and fancy looking.
