Company Magazine Style Blogger Awards 2014 | Nominations Are Open!

Today marks the opening of the Company Magazine Style Blogger Awards 2014 nominations. We are big fans of Company and we have had the most amazing opportunities thanks to them and their ongoing support of bloggers. Last year we were lucky enough to be crowned the winners of the 'Best Craft Blog' award at the 2013 ceremony. We were so humbled and shocked by all the support and love we had received over the previous year and it really was the cherry on top of a perfect six months. Thanks to Company we now also write a monthly (previously weekly) craft and DIY column for their Weekly Edit App and have been lucky enough to write for Office Shoes. So basically, Company Magazine we love ya! This year we would love to go and do it again and we would be forever grateful for your help and nominations! This year we are going in for the 'Best Blogging Team' award. One of the greatest things about running TWB is the fact that the three of us do it together. Below are just some of the reasons why we think we are worthy winners of the 'Best Team Award'.

The three of us met in our first year at the University of Leeds and it was love at first sight! We have lived together for three years in a rickety, old student house and know each other inside out. We've carried each other home after late nights out, laughed so hard until we cried, and provided love and support for each other when things just got a little bit too much. Our skill sets are very varied, so sharing the blog between the three of us has enabled us to teach each other and learn new talents and techniques. Team TWB have also been on our fair share of adventures together, including going travelling around America together last summer. We witnessed one of the wonders of the world, rowed a boat in Central Park, swam in Lake Michigan, gambled in Vegas, drove down the Californian coast and ended up in Hawaii. Not too shabby! We have been incredibly lucky and can not thank you all enough for taking the time to read our blog and supporting us over the past two years.
