My London Edge Experience
Last Weekend I made my way all the way down to London to attend LondonEdge for the first time. LondonEdge is an alternative trade show. Full of awesome brands like Manic Panic, Iron Fist, Alchemy, Jawbreaker and Stargazer. The day started off with prosecco and making new friends at the blogger meetup. I was most excited about meeting the lovely Stephanie from Faiiint. After two years of twitter convos it was about time and I can tell you she’s even lovelier in person.
Kat from Rock n Roll bride was also there discussing the blogcademy and her rise from newbie blogger to magazine editor. I must say she is a lovely woman with a wicked sense of humour. After the blogger meetup we made our way around the show. It was very nice to be able to make our way to the various brands and have a chat with the owners. There were a few brands I already know but a lot of brands I’d never heard of and that have now become firm favorites. I left the event feeling very inspired. Not only by the brands on display but also by my fellow bloggers. I saw some seriously awesome hairstyles I can tell you. I came home and immediately dyed my hair fuschia.
We got given an amazing selection and I’ll be reviewing my faves in more detail over the coming weeks but for now a huge thankyou to Nicola@londonedge for organising the blogger meetup.
I met some amazing ladies at LondonEdge and hope to see them all again at the next LondonEdge in September!
