Lolo The Ballerina

Today I would like to introduce you to a Belgian designer I discovered earlier this year and who I had the chance to meet while writing one of my article for Elle Belgium… Her Name is Magali and she, alongside her mother Barbara, created one of the cutest shoe brand around, I named: Lolo The Ballerina!

Created in 2006, Magali expanded her line from day shoes into a bridal line which I had the opportunity to discover up close in her cosy Belgian studio. Surrounded by exquisite materials, we talked about her creative process, the vision behind her brand and the craftsmanship needed for each of her pair. As they are handmade in Italy all of her pieces are fully customizable according each customers’ taste. From the leather skin to the ribbons, buckles or even heel height, the possibility are truly endless… I for my part fell in love with all the patent leather options!
