Review: German Potato and Lentil Salad

There are many potato salad recipes available, this is yet another, but quite different and very tasty.

German recipes often use the small pickled pearl onions and sweet sour pickles. The lentils add protein to the salad. We really enjoyed the salad and will be making it often over the summer pick-nick and barbecue season. It is sure to be a crowd pleaser. We found the recipe at germanfoods.org.
