Budget Gifts for Food-Lovers For Under €10

I’ve trawled the shops and found a couple of budget gifts for food-lovers that you might be interested in. They are all for under €10 and available pretty much nationwide. Here’s a wee video for you see exactly what they are and I’ll pop details of the stockists and prices below.

Folláin Jams – these are the smaller 180g jars that have just been launched. More information on the reason why the jars are smaller are on www.follainfoodproject.ie I bought these in SuperValu for €1.69.

Berndes Spatula & Wooden Spoon Set – I got these from Tesco and they cost €5.99 once I had 10 stickers in my savings booklet.

Ballymaloe Relish Giftpack – It’s a small package of 6 mini-jars containing Ballymaloe Country Relish (2 jars), Jalapeno Pepper Relish, Apple Sauce, Mint Sauce and Cranberry Sauce. I bought this in SuperValu for €5.

Dr Oetker Decorating Kit – contains Giant Chocolate Stars (milk and white), Sugar Butterflies, Ocean Pearls and Lemon Meringue decorations. It’s in a green cardboard case with a tag on the box that you can fill in for the recipient. I bought this in Tesco for €10.

Recipe Cards – it’s a block of 100 sheets of a recipe notepad. It has a hard patterned cardboard cover and a small pencil within the package as well. It’s priced at €2.95 and I got this from The Book Haven
