Shine On

For about 5 years now, I’ve only been able to style my hair one way – curled with a hair straightener. As much as I’d love to be able to do my hair all fancy and different, I’m just not that good at it. I can’t braid, my pony tails never look right, and don’t even talk to me about those round donut bun things. So when I was sent The Marilyn hair curler by Halo Hair, I wasn’t expecting my hair to look much different to how it does when I curl my hair with the straightener, because let’s face it, a curler is supposed to curl. But my life has now been changed for the better as I’ve discovered I can have a different kind of curl, more of a wave. This is something that guys definitely wouldn’t understand, but I know most girls would know and be able to tell the difference between a curl and a wave, and now that I’ve been able to discover how to do it, my life is now complete. Gone are the days of a tight bouncy curl… I’m now welcoming the voluminous wave with open arms. This new hair style teamed with my new Nine West ‘Angelica’ heels (oh so comfy) help me shine on through the day!
