Thailand Part 4: Khao Yai National Park (part 2)

Such a gorgeous yellow snake. Have I ever mentioned that I LOVE SNAKES! Ever since my childhood obsession with the crocodile hunter, these slithering beauties have had a spot in my heart. I especially love to pick snakes up but I didn’t dare in Thailand because they have deadly snakes.

Real live elephant tracks from the evening before.

We’re thinking of you in Khao Yai!

We went on a real jungle trek.

A viper! If you get bitten by a viper you have 40 hours to make it to the hospital for the antidote or else you will start bleeding out of everywhere on your body that bleeds (like you eyes, nose, gums, finger nails, etc.).

What are they looking at?

A little gibbon.

This is part 2 of Khao Yai national park. The tour around the park was amazing. The tour guide provided water, snacks and lunch so we were all happy campers and the park is teaming with wildlife.

In the last Khai Yai post tomorrow, you will see even more wildlife!

Again, it was the highlight of our trip.
